- Promote innovative approaches to access planning to lower costs and increase safety.
- Apply specialized knowledge to fully utilize available working time windows.
- Support effective use and refinement of the rail access planning system.
- Help ensure compliance with established access procedures, policies, and benchmarks.
- Share and model best practices in planning through communication and demonstration.
