Responsibilities
- Design research strategies and explore future technological trends and evolving technical landscapes.
- Develop technical documentation and define requirements for lab testing equipment and procedures.
- Advise on the procurement and utilization of new technology, materials, and tools within established budget and performance goals.
- May contribute to assessing intellectual property and assist in drafting patent submissions.
- Oversee pilot-scale or initial production trials for novel products or processes.
- Lead complex projects or workflows with minimal managerial supervision.
- Mentor, evaluate, and assign tasks to junior team members.
