Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end cost management and quantity surveying tasks from project start to finish.
- Develop cost forecasts, budget plans, and financial summaries.
- Help prepare detailed Bills of Quantities following recognized industry standards.
- Assist in procurement processes, including drafting tender documents and evaluating submissions.
- Provide input on commercial decisions regarding procurement methods, contract approaches, and bidding procedures.
- Track project expenditures and assist in maintaining cost discipline.
- Help manage interim valuations, change orders, and final account settlements.
- Foster strong working relationships with clients and key project parties.
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional project teams to support successful project delivery.
