Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior investment staff and team members to convert strategic goals into actionable analytical frameworks, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
- Assist the investment group in tracking current holdings and evaluating new investment prospects, including participation in discussions around portfolio design, performance analysis, and risk considerations.
- Develop and manage scalable data workflows to ensure consistent data intake, processing, and quality across investment, portfolio, and client-related datasets.
- Contribute to building and refining the firm's investment data infrastructure, aiming to improve data structure, availability, and usability across asset types and investment workflows.
- Examine large and complex datasets to detect trends, behavioral signals, performance factors, and insights that support investment decisions.
- Create, test, and implement quantitative models and artificial intelligence-powered tools to aid asset allocation, manager due diligence, portfolio oversight, and risk evaluation.
- Ensure thorough documentation and compliance with data governance, control, and regulatory standards aligned with industry norms.
