Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data processing workflows in Python using Pandas, NumPy, and proprietary libraries
- Enhance systems for portfolio evaluation, risk analysis, and fund data infrastructure
- Support development of AI-driven tools for investment research, including vector-based search and AI integrations
- Develop and sustain backend services using FastAPI and Flask, alongside frontend interfaces in React and TypeScript
- Implement and manage containerized services on Kubernetes and orchestrate data pipelines via Airflow DAGs
- Partner with engineering teams in London and Sofia on joint technical projects
- Collect stakeholder requirements and convert business objectives into scalable technical implementations
- Engage directly with investment professionals to understand operational workflows and inform system design
- Ensure reliability of production systems by resolving data integrity issues and responding to incidents
- Keep technical documentation and operational procedures up to date
