Case IQ is looking for a Quality Assurance Team Lead to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. You will lead a team of QA engineers, define testing strategies, and implement best practices to maintain high standards.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, standards, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of manual QA engineers to enhance testing strategies.
- Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for manual testing.
- Serve as QA tester for a Scrum team.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and DevOps teams to align testing efforts with product requirements and release schedules.
- Identify, document, and track defects while ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the test automation team to align on coverage and test design.
- Validate automated tests, execute and monitor automated test runs.
- Lead and implement performance testing.
- Drive Agile testing practices, ensuring seamless integration of QA processes within Agile development cycles.
- Continuously analyze and enhance QA processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- Report key quality metrics to leadership and provide insights for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software quality assurance.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright).
- Experience with performance testing (JMeter).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD processes.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring rapid development cycles without compromising software excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of software development and release management processes.
