WinAir is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Design and run both manual and automated test cases using tools such as Selenium, Junit, Playwright, Typescript, Node.js, and Python.
  • Build and manage automated test scripts to improve testing speed, reduce instability, and maintain accuracy.
  • Help define QA standards, testing strategies, and recommended procedures.
  • Detect, log, and monitor software defects using issue tracking tools like Jira.
  • Support the upkeep of technical documentation in Confluence.
  • Develop and manage test cases within the Xray testing framework.
  • Prioritize testing efforts based on project needs and development timelines.
  • Ensure automated tests are successfully integrated into Jenkins-based CI/CD workflows.
  • Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot problems and recommend fixes.
  • Keep test environments reliable using representative field data.
