Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team focused on quality assurance
- Implement and manage quality assurance audit initiatives
- Advance automation and efficiency in audit processes
- Engage effectively with clients and at the program level
- Partner with operations leaders to enhance operational quality
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to complete projects and measure their impact
- Work with Training teams, using data insights to find opportunities for coaching or training that boost quality
- Set and execute the quality strategy for programs at the KL/PJ location, aligned with corporate QA standards
- Promote ongoing improvement in supported programs
