Responsibilities
- Develop and implement testing approaches centered on customer needs, covering integration, configuration, and user acceptance phases
- Oversee full-cycle quality assurance to ensure reliable SaaS deployments and timely go-live execution
- Customize standard test scripts to align with client-specific setups and validation requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, delivering clear testing direction
- Monitor, document, and resolve defects and risks to maintain deployment timelines
- Advance test automation efforts and promote standardized QA practices within delivery teams
- Produce and finalize all required testing records, ensuring adherence to service level agreements
- Assist customers during user acceptance testing, including direct involvement and issue coordination
- Foster collaboration across functions and relay client insights to enhance solutions and workflows
- Optimize delivery methods, tools, and procedures to increase efficiency and business impact
