Responsibilities
- Create automated test cases for the autonomous driving software stack, covering perception, prediction, planning, and control modules.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and regression runs.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing for functional, regression, performance, and edge-case validation.
- Broaden test coverage to include simulated and real-world driving scenarios.
- Analyze system logs and reproduce software defects to support debugging and root-cause analysis.
- Document test results, defects, and reports with clarity and precision.
- Contribute to defining and improving QA processes and methodologies to meet industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing, focusing on autonomous driving, robotics, computer networks, telecommunications, or other safety-critical systems.
- Proven ability to design and execute test cases for complex, real-time software.
- Strong proficiency with Linux operating systems and scripting languages such as Python or Go.
- Demonstrated experience using Docker for containerization and environment management.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with safety standards and processes, specifically ISO 21448 (SOTIF) or ISO 26262 (Functional Safety).
- Familiarity with simulation platforms for autonomous vehicles.
- Experience with vehicle communication protocols and wireless communication protocols.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira or TestRail.
- On-field testing experience.
