Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex features and systems.
- Analyze requirements and user stories to define test cases and identify risks.
- Design and execute functional, regression, exploratory, performance and load tests.
- Validate business logic, integrations, and cross-system behavior.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects to build quality in from the start.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of quality.
- Support UAT and end-to-end cycles and document findings clearly.
- Test automations, flows, APIs and UI, depending on project nature.
- Integrate testing activities into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring continuous quality assurance.
Requirements
- Experience as a QA in cloud-based projects (ideally SaaS)
- Fluent English and good communication skills (written and verbal)
- A solid understanding of how business logic translates into systems
- Strong curiosity and a mindset for problem solving
- Proficiency with test management tools and issue tracking systems (e.g. Jira)
- Strong hands-on experience with API testing, including understanding of REST principles, authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth 2.0), and tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar
- Familiarity with SQL and database concepts for data validation
- Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman collections for API)
Nice to Have
- ISTQB or similar certifications
- Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
- Exposure to AppExchange packages (e.g., Formstack, Calendly, S-Drive)
