About the Role
The individual will oversee qualitative research projects across their full lifecycle, including coordination with clients, partners, and healthcare professional participants, with potential responsibility for quantitative studies as well.
Responsibilities
- Lead qualitative research initiatives from initiation to completion, covering client and partner coordination, sample management, and healthcare professional engagement, with possible involvement in quantitative project execution.
- Organize respondent screening, scheduling, and confirmation for various research formats such as telephone interviews, focus groups, in-person interviews, and online sessions, ensuring compliance with client criteria and responding promptly to last-minute changes or absences.
- Configure and validate surveys and screeners, track response metrics, oversee honoraria distribution, and finalize project closure, auditing, and billing via digital platforms.
- Conduct project launch meetings to align all stakeholders on study objectives, client expectations, timelines, and assigned duties.
- Deliver consistent progress updates on participant recruitment to meet client requirements and expectations.
- Anticipate and detect fieldwork challenges during data collection and collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve issues or suggest improvements.
- Maintain and coordinate with global vendors to ensure accurate, timely deliverables and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project financial performance by tracking and managing all cost variables impacting the budget.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to project management team members as required.
