Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end execution of qualitative research initiatives, including coordination with clients, partners, and healthcare professional participants; may also handle quantitative study management.
- Organize respondent recruitment, scheduling, and confirmation for various research formats such as telephone depth interviews, focus groups, in-person interviews, and online qualitative sessions, ensuring compliance with client criteria.
- Respond promptly to urgent requests including replacement of absent participants, follow-up with delayed respondents, and distribution of last-minute materials upon notification from client or moderator.
- Configure, test, and validate surveys and screeners, track response metrics, manage incentive disbursements, and finalize project closure, auditing, and invoicing through digital platforms.
- Lead initial project meetings to align stakeholders on study objectives, client expectations, timelines, and assigned duties.
- Deliver consistent progress updates on participant recruitment to meet client reporting needs.
- Proactively detect and escalate potential fieldwork issues during data collection and collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve challenges or suggest improvements.
- Maintain effective partnerships with global and local vendors to ensure accurate, on-time deliverables and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project expenditures and manage budgets to ensure study profitability and financial accountability.
