Responsibilities
- Oversee international market research initiatives from start to finish, prioritizing client satisfaction and financial targets while maintaining full project ownership, including scope review, setup, resource planning, and timeline coordination
- Lead project kickoff sessions to align all stakeholders on objectives, client expectations, schedules, and assigned roles
- Handle survey programming, translation tasks, data overlays, and testing to meet quality benchmarks and deadlines
- Execute project launches and conduct analysis, delivering detailed client feedback with actionable solutions
- Manage fieldwork operations, provide timely updates, and proactively monitor participant recruitment using internal panels, targeted outreach, and partner networks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within budget
- Ensure a positive experience for research participants by following proper sampling methods and promptly addressing incentive approvals and inquiries
- Deliver final outputs to clients according to agreed timelines and quality standards
- Meet billing requirements and financial targets while maintaining strict compliance with internal procedures
- Follow organizational protocols and ensure all activities comply with ISO standards and company policies
- Build and maintain effective vendor relationships to ensure accurate, timely deliverables and efficient issue resolution
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Service teams to resolve challenges and suggest improvements for research study performance
- Support client service enhancement plans for assigned accounts by working closely with sales and team members to deliver consistent, solution-focused client interactions
