Qlik is hiring a Senior Manager, Offering Management for its Analytics Business Unit. In this role, you will develop, manage, and optimize offers tailored for customers, working cross-functionally to shape market-ready offerings that align customer needs with product innovation to drive growth and financial performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead offering strategy and lifecycle for a product portfolio or market segment.
- Develop end-to-end business plans for offerings.
- Design, develop, and manage offers, bundles, and promotions tailored specifically for customers.
- Define packaging changes, bundling approaches, and simplification initiatives.
- Deliver financial results for offerings, including profitable revenue growth and market share gains.
- Monitor performance of offers and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Partner with finance to optimize profitability of Qlik’s analytics portfolio and deliver on financial targets.
- Collaborate with product, sales/customer success teams, and marketing teams to create offers that resonate with customer bases.
- Work closely with product management to align offers with product features, capabilities, and roadmaps.
- Engage directly with customers and partners to understand their needs and customize offers.
- Support strategic initiatives that drive Qlik’s business forward.
- Own cross-functional planning for commercial readiness, field success, and offer transitions.
- Partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to align offerings to growth and retention goals.
- Support sales with contract structuring.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science.
- 10+ years of experience as an Offering Manager, Product Manager, or Go-To-Market leader.
- Experience in a customer-centric role requiring a clear understanding of customer needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, market trends, and financial performance.
- Proficiency in developing scalable business models and making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools, preferably Qlik.
- Demonstrated desire to stay abreast of emerging trends in the market.
