Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineering professionals, overseeing planning, task distribution, and daily execution.
- Advance test automation across web, mobile, and API platforms, with an emphasis on enhancing mobile testing proficiency.
- Convert automation architecture strategies into actionable plans that support project delivery objectives.
- Evaluate automation code, testing frameworks, and test designs to maintain consistency and ensure high standards.
- Monitor automation metrics including coverage, stability, and progress, delivering transparent updates to stakeholders.
- Detect and resolve technical and process-related obstacles to sustain project velocity.
- Work with geographically dispersed development teams to integrate quality assurance into software development lifecycles.
- Support the adoption of AI and generative AI tools to speed up test case creation, data synthesis, and automation scripting.
- Assist in validating features based on AI and large language models by assessing output correctness, relevance, and functional behavior.
