Take responsibility for small assignments and complete them independently, seeking assistance when appropriate
Utilize SDLC principles and methodologies including Lean, Agile, XP, continuous integration, security practices, scalability, documentation, refactoring, and testing techniques
Work autonomously to deliver test cases and use case designs that meet quality standards and align with project technology
Develop high-quality, maintainable tests that validate core functionality and remain stable during code refactoring
Partner with developers to resolve defects and support build planning
Work with Quality Leaders to help define and shape test strategies
Set up and configure testing tools, providing guidance to less experienced team members when needed
Conduct system-level integration testing to validate component interactions
