Responsibilities
- Oversee and record adherence to HACCP and SSOP protocols.
- Monitor and maintain documentation for Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Perform daily calibration of weighing scales.
- Carry out required quality inspections and re-inspections based on raw material type.
- Conduct metal detection tests to detect foreign objects.
- Verify final product, packaging, and labeling accuracy.
- Compute defect rates and yield ratios.
- Report out-of-specification findings to supervisors and follow defined procedures for resolution.
- Complete additional assigned tasks to support production needs as directed by customer requirements.

- All staff must attend onboarding and safety training before starting work.
- New hires may be paired with a training mentor to support onboarding.
- Completion of HACCP, SSOP, and GMP training is mandatory.
- Supervisors are responsible for monitoring employee development and job performance.
- A defined probationary phase is used to assess effectiveness and job proficiency.
- At the end of probation, performance is reviewed using current evaluation methods.
- Employees are assessed on core duties, attendance, punctuality, coworker and management interactions, attitude, and work conduct.
- Poor performance or disciplinary issues are recorded in corrective action and personnel files.
- Provided no disciplinary issues occur, employees may qualify for a pay increase per existing compensation policies.
