Responsibilities
- Lead, assess, and guide staff in carrying out daily operations in alignment with established company standards and efficient practices
- Observe team members regularly and provide ongoing feedback on job performance
- Prepare and submit required documentation related to product quality, packaging integrity, and facility conditions
- Track and maintain proper temperature levels for products and storage environments
- Promote high levels of safety, productivity, and operational efficiency among QA and production staff
- Ensure all team members receive appropriate job training and skill development
- Supervise sanitation checks and cleanliness evaluations of equipment and facilities
- Participate in scheduled team and operational meetings
