Responsibilities
- Execute functional and non-functional testing, including performance, accessibility, security, and user acceptance, within an Agile environment.
- Build and sustain test automation frameworks and scripts, encouraging development team adherence to testing standards.
- Create and manage performance, load, and stress testing setups using industry-standard or open-source tools.
- Address and resolve testing issues and impediments promptly to maintain testing momentum.
- Work collaboratively with dispersed cross-functional teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Manage defect lifecycles, including triage, tracking, and resolution coordination.
- Advocate for effective testing methodologies and drive adoption across delivery teams.
