QA & Regulatory Affairs Specialist Full-Time | Remote (Latin America) šŸ• 7:30am – 5:00pm PST About the Company The Global Talent Co. is hiring a QA & Regulatory Affairs Specialist on behalf of a premium Canadian natural health & wellness brand specializing in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, and personal care products with a strong international presence. About the Role This is an individual contributor role, fully remote from Latin America. You will support the company's quality and regulatory function, focusing on dietary supplements and food regulatory compliance, working directly with the Canadian team on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities • Support product registration, license maintenance, and regulatory submissions for dietary supplements and natural health products • Ensure labeling, claims, ingredients, and packaging comply with FDA, Health Canada, and applicable regulatory frameworks • Monitor regulatory changes and translate requirements into clear implementation criteria • Review and approve formulas, ingredient lists, and promotional materials for compliance • Support QMS implementation and maintenance aligned with GMP standards • Assist with audits, CAPA processes, and non-conformance management • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain Requirements • 4–7 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs and/or Quality Assurance • 2–3 years in dietary supplements — required • 4–5 years in food regulatory affairs — required • Strong knowledge of FDA dietary supplement regulations — required • Health Canada experience — strong asset • Fluent English — required • Available 7:30am – 5:00pm PST • Full-time employment only — no freelance or consultancy Nice to Have • COFEPRIS, INVIMA or other LATAM regulatory experience • Labeling compliance and claims substantiation • Nutraceuticals, vitamins, minerals, or herbal products background • QMS or regulatory information management systems experience At The Global Talent Co., our mission is to bridge the gap between leading global companies and amazing global talent.
