Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support quality activities for Zeeco-manufactured and vendor-supplied equipment, including flare systems, thermal oxidizers, burners, skids, blowers, refractory systems, and associated components.
- Prepare, review, and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), witness inspections, and customer inspections.
- Liaise with third-party inspection agencies, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of inspection activities.
- Monitor and track inspection hold points, punch points, corrective actions, and quality-related deliverables.
- Compile, review, and manage project quality documentation including Material Test Certificates (MTCs), Inspection Reports, NDT Reports, Welding Documentation, Calibration Certificates, Coating and Painting Records, Compliance Certificates, Final Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs).
- Maintain documentation registers, submission logs, revision control, and customer approval records.
- Ensure all project documentation complies with contractual requirements, applicable codes, and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Project Management teams to obtain required quality documents and technical records.
- Track documentation deliverables and support timely submission to customers and project stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving documentation discrepancies, quality deviations, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Support project closeout activities through compilation and submission of final quality dossiers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in QA/QC, quality documentation, project quality support, or inspection coordination within Oil & Gas, EPC Projects, Process Equipment Manufacturing, Pressure Vessel Fabrication, Industrial Equipment Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of quality systems and inspection processes related to engineered equipment manufacturing.
- Familiarity with ASME, API, ASTM, and other applicable industry standards.
- Understanding of NDT methods, welding documentation, FAT procedures, and inspection requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret Mechanical Drawings, General Arrangement Drawings, P&IDs, Datasheets, Manufacturing Documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, ERP Systems, Document Management Systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and documentation packages simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with combustion equipment, flare systems, thermal oxidizers, pressure equipment, or skid-mounted process packages preferred.
- Exposure to customer-facing QA/QC and documentation roles.
- Experience coordinating with international clients, third-party inspectors, and global project teams.
- Knowledge of manufacturing quality processes, welding inspection documentation, and final dossier compilation.
