Responsibilities
- Establish quality standards, test coverage goals, and release criteria across the platform
- Plan and carry out functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing on web, mobile, and backend systems
- Make final quality-based decisions on whether releases proceed to production
- Evaluate and prioritize reported bugs, coordinating with engineering teams for resolution
- Determine appropriate test automation opportunities and maintain the supporting infrastructure
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to integrate quality into development workflows
