Responsibilities
- Guarantee all collectibles products meet rigorous benchmarks for quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Enhance automation systems, operational workflows, team management, and workplace safety within the manufacturing facility.
- Serve as a liaison between internal product design groups and external supply chain partners.
- Ensure production personnel receive clear guidance on quality expectations and measurable criteria.
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise daily operations of quality control staff on the production floor.
- Conduct process audits and lead implementation of corrective actions.
- Deliver ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations to manufacturing and QC teams.
- Diagnose and resolve production-related quality problems with timely and sustainable solutions.
- Participate in product design and material planning meetings to assess risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost and time savings while maintaining quality.
- Establish and oversee quality assurance initiatives and performance metrics.
- Collaborate across departments to execute quality checks at all stages of production and across the supply chain.
- Partner with the collectibles division to identify supply chain challenges and create action plans with suppliers.
- Engage with machine operators, supervisors, and line leads to uphold exacting quality standards for each production step.
- Enforce quality control audits, processes, and compliance protocols within assigned areas.
- Perform physical inspections and audits to verify products meet defined quality requirements.
- Detect and correct quality and production issues within scheduled timelines for assigned departments.
- Coordinate with project management to align manufacturing timelines with product launch schedules.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure production milestones and output goals are achieved.
- Track quality operations and adapt workflows to meet deadlines effectively.
- Align with other departments to maintain seamless production flow and operational efficiency.
- Partner with production, safety, and security teams to uphold workplace safety policies and practices.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal company policies in assigned areas.
- Pinpoint opportunities to enhance production efficiency and output quality.
- Work with Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing teams to apply lean principles and process optimization based on data analysis.
- Design and manage cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing projects from planning through execution.

- This role requires in-person presence in the Dallas/Fort Worth region.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours, including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays based on production needs.
- Extended standing and walking throughout the manufacturing plant are required.
- Capable of lifting and transporting items up to 35 pounds.
- Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling to inspect work-in-progress and equipment.
- Regular overhead and below-shoulder reaching to access materials and tools.
- Must follow all safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.
- Work takes place in a manufacturing setting with fluctuating temperatures, noise, and potential safety hazards.
- Tolerance for exposure to dust, fumes, and strong odors is necessary.
- Ability to maintain focus and alertness during extended shifts and high-pressure periods.
