Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated test scripts for web and API applications
- Collaborate with developers and product owners in agile teams
- Maintain and optimize existing test automation frameworks
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing
- Report and track defects using issue management tools
- Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Ensure test coverage aligns with requirements
- Participate in test planning and estimation activities
- Review system specifications for testability
- Improve testing processes through feedback and innovation
- Support deployment validation across environments
- Monitor test execution results and analyze outcomes
- Maintain documentation for test procedures and frameworks
- Stay current with evolving test automation tools and practices
- Promote quality-first mindset across the development lifecycle
Nice to Have
- Experience with performance or security testing
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Certifications in software testing or QA automation
