Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing on web applications, including frontend and backend components, as well as iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows platforms
- Detect software defects using various testing methods such as functional, ad-hoc, regression, smoke, and integration testing
- Document and log identified issues in the bug tracking system and monitor their resolution lifecycle
- Generate and maintain test reports to communicate testing outcomes
- Develop and update test documentation, including checklists and test cases
- Maintain ongoing communication and cooperation with product and engineering teams
- Suggest improvements and strategies to enhance overall product quality
