Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy and operational framework
- Take full ownership of quality assurance for ARBI and Athena product lines
- Design, enhance, and maintain automated testing systems
- Ensure reliability and accuracy of backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and workflows
- Test and validate AI models, large language models, and evaluation processes
- Manage release readiness and ensure clear visibility into product quality metrics
