Sherpany by Datasite is hiring a QA Engineer to safeguard the quality of our meeting management solution and drive customer satisfaction. You will join a team dedicated to excellence, where you will be responsible for establishing our quality systems, analyzing performance data, and conducting comprehensive testing.
What You'll Do
- Ensure product quality to achieve better customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain a quality system for all requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate data and key performances to drive continuous quality development.
- Conduct application testing, identify deficiencies, and create the overall quality planning strategy.
- Create and maintain automated tests to reduce time spent on repetitive tasks.
- Generate reports for management and foster a quality awareness mindset within the team.
What We're Looking For
- An experienced QA Engineer with knowledge of UI Testing, Automated Testing, Performance Testing, API testing, and LLM testing.
- Technical knowledge of REST, Python, and TypeScript.
- Experience with agile methodologies and strong analytical skills.
- A solution-oriented team player with an autonomous and proactive working style.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience writing automated tests in Playwright.
- Experience or knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD (specifically GitHub Actions).
