Binance is hiring a QA Engineer (Backend), Rust to join our engineering organization. You will be responsible for the quality of our backend systems, focusing on designing and implementing test strategies for high-performance, reliable financial infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and automation for backend services.
- Create and maintain automated test suites for Rust-based systems.
- Perform integration, performance, load, and stress testing on critical financial infrastructure.
- Identify, document, and track defects and work closely with engineering teams on resolutions.
- Collaborate on the development of quality standards and best practices for backend engineering.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a backend QA or Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) role.
- Strong programming skills with Rust for test automation and tool development.
- Deep understanding of backend testing methodologies, including API, database, and performance testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the development process.
- Ability to analyze complex systems, identify risk areas, and create targeted test strategies.
