Responsibilities
- Develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites using Playwright and TypeScript for both UI and API testing.
- Work closely with other QE to ensure testing needs are met for continuous development
- Enhance and make updates to our AI skills, rules and agents
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements and design specifications.
- Implement and execute automated tests across various test levels (e.g., end-to-end, integration, component).
- Perform thorough API testing using tools like Postman and automate API testing using Playwright.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous testing and faster feedback cycles.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with other QA engineers and other stakeholders to iterate on projects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing, automation, and AI.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation.
- Experience in working with AI
- Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman and automating API tests.
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web application architecture.
- Experience in TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, particularly Docker.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with other testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium).
- Experience with performance testing and security testing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with database testing (SQL).
