Responsibilities
- Develop clear and effective test cases and define quality criteria for features.
- Automate tests across product areas using modern test automation frameworks.
- Conduct manual testing when necessary to validate complex workflows and edge cases.
- Integrate QA automation as a core component of the product development lifecycle.
- Take ownership of quality outcomes through test coverage, automation reliability, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to enhance QA processes.
- Utilize AI tools and techniques to accelerate testing, generate test cases, and expand coverage.
- Promote quality best practices across teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Strong foundation in writing and executing both manual and automated tests.
- Ability to author test cases, define acceptance criteria, and refine test strategies.
- Capability to implement QA automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using or integrating AI tools to accelerate testing and improve quality.
- Excellent communication skills with a bias for action and sense of urgency.
- Ability to evaluate severity and urgency and escalate issues effectively.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Product and Engineering.
- Familiarity with software development processes, Git, and Agile workflows.
- A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
