Responsibilities
- Steer technical decision-making and implementation across all phases, from initial design to deployment, within established architectural boundaries.
- Assess trade-offs among accuracy, system resilience, efficiency, and user impact to deliver effective, client-focused solutions.
- Develop and manage technical documentation and version control workflows, including branching, pull requests, and merges.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to oversee architectural decisions and interdependencies affecting product strategy.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation improvements, and resolution of complex technical issues with emphasis on security, speed, and dependability.
- Lead and mentor engineers through communities of practice and project teams, fostering technical excellence across the organization.
