Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of five developers, overseeing their tasks and deliverables.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
- Create detailed technical designs based on project requirements.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of code quality tools such as SonarQube and Checkmarx.
- Apply advanced skills in ReactJS and Python as specified in the mandatory technical requirements.
- Perform technical evaluations of team-produced code and uphold quality benchmarks.
- Write functional code aligned with project architecture and design specifications.
- Test implemented code to confirm compliance with technical standards and intended functionality prior to review.
- Adhere to established software development practices, including planning, estimation, demos, and reviews.
- Support the setup of delivery pipelines with integration of test automation, security checks, and performance metrics.
- Operate effectively within Agile development frameworks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
