Responsibilities
- Design and manage scalable ELT and ETL workflows to process and store high-volume data from heterogeneous sources.
- Construct reliable data models and schemas for data warehouses and data lakes.
- Implement data transformation logic, workflow automation, and validation routines using Python.
- Integrate testing practices throughout the data lifecycle, including QA and UAT planning and execution.
- Work closely with data teams and business units to define and fulfill data requirements.
- Apply monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to maintain data integrity and pipeline performance.
- Enforce data governance policies, including access controls, encryption, and IAM protocols.
- Produce and update technical documentation such as data dictionaries, runbooks, and test strategies.
- Engage in Agile development practices, including code reviews and team ceremonies.
