Responsabilités
- Collaborate with all profiles involved in the project: business, clients, project managers, development teams, testers, external technical and/or content and/or creative partners
- Organize and facilitate workshops: functional needs collection, SEO, accessibility or prioritization
- Question, analyze and understand the needs expressed by users and business teams
- Be responsible for functional documentation: formalization (user guides), description, writing in cooperation with developers and testers and ensure user training
- Organize and facilitate with testers the application test plans and test cases, including technical tests, user acceptance tests, etc.
- Work closely with developers, respecting the CMS or platform in place, while challenging the proposed solutions to create the maximum value
- Participate in steering committees, in the presence of stakeholders
- Ensure the reporting of your activities to the teams and the client
Prérequis
- At least 4 years of experience, including 2 years in similar contexts (digital agency, international account, digital platform, offshore)
- Ability to express/formalize a business need into functional requirements and ideally also into technical requirements
- Ability to take/handle technical subjects, in collaboration with other technical expert profiles, marketing, communication, business and partners
- Excellent listening and communication skills in French and English (C1 level required)
- Appetite for the technical integration of solutions (API integration, data transformation & cleansing)
- Experience in e-Commerce and in particular an appetite to understand the functional/business logic of the e-Commerce value chain and the product lifecycle: PIM (Akeneo, Salsify, etc.) or DAM (Adobe, Aprimo, Bynder, Keepeek,..)
- Be a driving force and a source of proposals and navigate the constraints, projects, organizational and technical to support our clients, major accounts in their digital objectives
- Mastery of Jira, Confluence, Invision, Miro (or their equivalents)
- Experience in agility (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

- Experience oriented CMS components (Adobe AEM, Sitecore, etc.), e-commerce platforms (SFCC, commercetools, etc.), marketplace, distribution channels, merchandising, promotions, etc.
- Experience on a data migration project, data transformation (via ETL tooling)
