Lumiphase is looking for a Purchasing & Logistics Administration / Office Management professional (80-100%) to support our central purchasing, logistics, and site processes. You will ensure smooth operational flow in a dynamic, international environment, taking responsibility for daily business while actively contributing to process optimization and collaboration with internal and external partners.
What You'll Do
- Act as daily contact with suppliers and ensure optimal information flow.
- Place orders, process, and monitor approval processes for purchase requests.
- Check order confirmations and monitor delivery dates.
- Check and control incoming invoices.
- Maintain and manage supplier contracts.
- Coordinate goods shipments and related documents, including export and customs clearance.
- Identify, propose, and implement process optimizations and digitalization in purchasing and logistics.
- Provide administrative support for site and office organization, such as office expansions, infrastructure, and inventory management.
- Ensure office organization and equipment, including office supplies, standard IT equipment, packaging, and shipping materials.
- Coordinate external service providers in the area of office and infrastructure.
- Support bookings and management of employee business trips.
- Support or substitute in financial processes.
What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial or technical training or education.
- Structured, independent, and reliable way of working.
- Very good organizational skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
- IT affinity and confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.

- Professional experience in purchasing, advantageous in an industrial environment.
