Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat children, adolescents, and/or adults in alignment with your licensure and clinical focus.
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and create individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique needs.
- Prescribe and manage medications using evidence-based practices, while monitoring treatment effectiveness.
- Collaborate with behavioral health, primary care, and support teams in an integrated care model.
- Provide care virtually or in a hybrid setting—depending on clinical need and your preference.
- Join case consultations, team huddles, and care planning sessions that promote collaboration.
- Use our intuitive EHR system to maintain clear, timely, and compliant records.
- Meet Arizona Medical or Osteopathic Board requirements, including licensure and continuing education.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of patient care and organizational goals.
Requirements
- MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (Child, Adult, or both).
- Active DEA license and CPR/First Aid certification.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and virtual care platforms.
- Must provide valid driver's license and auto insurance for credentialing purposes.
Nice to Have
- 3–5 years of experience preferred; recent residency graduates also encouraged to apply.
