Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of professional services sales, from generating leads to closing deals, ensuring strong service integration and clear customer value.
- Expand the sales pipeline by actively uncovering and assessing service opportunities, using MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to improve forecast accuracy and strategic planning.
- Work closely with Account Executives and Solution Architects to strategically position professional services that speed up customer onboarding and enhance subscription value.
- Design customized service proposals and Statements of Work that support client business and technical goals, turning complex requirements into clear, results-driven offerings.
- Build trusted relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders, shaping their API strategy and showcasing measurable returns from professional services.
- Lead discovery and scoping sessions with customers, converting their needs into effective service plans and ensuring smooth coordination before and after sales.
- Travel up to 30% of the time to meet with clients and internal teams, supporting relationship development and deal advancement.
