Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of service opportunities by collaborating with regional sales leaders, account managers, and solution architects.
- Oversee multiple sales opportunities as they progress through each phase of the sales cycle.
- Drive the services sales process by assessing customer business and technical goals to align suitable service solutions.
- Advise Account Executives and Solution Engineers on the most appropriate services to present to current and potential clients.
- Establish trust with customers by directly engaging them to recommend services that meet their needs and deliver measurable value.
- Manage end-to-end professional services sales, including initial discovery, designing preliminary solution frameworks, drafting Statements of Work (SOW), or proposing relevant service packages.
- Provide accurate forecasts for services opportunities and actively contribute to regional forecasting discussions.
- Create and maintain a library of service offerings, packaged solutions, data sheets, presentations, solution summaries, and SOW templates to support sales efforts.
- Travel as required, with up to 30% of time spent on the road.
