Position Summary Aetna is seeking a Senior Manager, Value Based Contractor who will collaborate with business development and network executives to construct innovative and strategic provider partnerships within the National Value Based Solutions Specialty Partnership team. You'll work seamlessly across Network and Clinical organizations to accelerate market entry and support segment leaders focusing on Specialty Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Value-Based Care portfolio. You will drive impact by: · Facilitating processes for identifying, evaluating, and finalizing contracts with Specialty and Medicaid provider partners. · Cultivating relationships with leaders of specialty chronic kidney, oncology, polychronic/complex care, and emerging specialty domains to design growth strategies. · Develop and educate leaders on specialty landscapes and prevalent financial models across the industry. · Collaborating with finance to create financial models and Value-Based Care contracts supporting portfolio expansion. · Coordinating with Network and Segment teams to ensure timely VBC strategy deployment. · Conducting market competitive analysis and engaging contracting/clinical teams to generate innovative payment concepts. · Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create, initiate, and pilot model solutions while ensuring initial enterprise scaling ROI. · Serving as a critical liaison among internal customers, operations, actuarial, product, and analytic teams to ensure reimbursement initiatives meet comprehensive stakeholder needs. Required Qualifications · 5+ years experience in value-based care contracting, provider relations, provider operations, and/or solutions. · Demonstrated expertise in Value Based Care financial models. · Experience with Risk-based arrangements and Value-Based care in government services. · Proficient in execution and delivery skills (planning, implementing, supporting). · Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities in complex matrix environments. · Ability to translate intricate data into comprehensible information. Education Requirements · Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Pay Range The typical compensation spectrum for this role is: $67,900.00 - $199,144.00 This range represents base compensation for the job grade, with actual offer depending on experience, education, geography, and relevant factors. The position includes potential bonus, commission, short-term incentive programs, and equity award opportunities.
