Responsibilities
- Understand all duties associated with the Protein Conversion Area
- Monitor raw material storage bins closely
- Maintain floor cleanliness through regular cleaning
- Perform daily cleaning of raw material catch basins and surrounding walls
- Conduct weekly foaming procedures as required
- Unload refrigerated and open-top trailers
- Demonstrate willingness to learn powered industrial truck (PIT) operations
- Inspect and wash out each trailer upon arrival
