Responsibilities
- Evaluate procurement documents to establish pricing assumptions, cost projections, and uncover potential risks, compliance issues, and open questions.
- Create compliant and market-competitive pricing frameworks, labor forecasts, financial breakdowns, and strategic pricing approaches for federal proposals.
- Work closely with capture leads, proposal leads, technical architects, subcontractors, and executive staff to formulate precise and advantageous pricing solutions.
- Generate client-specific pricing formats, cost documentation, pricing overviews, and supplementary materials essential for proposal delivery.
- Assist in competitive analysis, pricing-to-win strategies, and financial reviews to enhance proposal strength and profit potential.
- Keep pricing records, backup documents, assumptions, and audit-compliant files systematically maintained throughout the proposal process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals and ensure successful proposal outcomes.

Base Salary: $100,000 annually plus commission structure
