Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial bids for combustion equipment projects, including installation, modernization, and repair of burners, flares, incinerators, and related systems.
- Analyze client requirements, technical drawings, and project scopes to develop accurate, compliant, and competitive proposals.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to collect precise cost data across mechanical, civil, and electrical & instrumentation domains.
- Formulate installation approaches, project execution plans, and preliminary project timelines.
- Ensure all submissions adhere to company standards, regulatory codes, and client specifications.
- Conduct on-site evaluations, equipment inspections, and constructability analyses throughout the EMEA region.
- Identify site-specific limitations, system interfaces, and regional compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with local subcontractors to secure preliminary cost estimates for civil, mechanical, and electrical & instrumentation work.
- Generate detailed field survey reports and define precise scopes of work based on actual site conditions.
- Partner with engineering teams to validate technical feasibility and reliability of proposed solutions.
- Support clients through technical discussions, pre-bid meetings, and formal proposal presentations.
- Provide engineering expertise during transition from proposal development to project execution when necessary.
- Maintain thorough documentation of proposal details, cost breakdowns, and commercial assumptions.
- Support the enhancement of proposal tools, templates, and cost estimation databases.
- Help develop strategies to increase bid success rates and improve response efficiency.

- Must be available for travel via air, boat, car, or helicopter as business needs require.
- Must hold a valid full driving license in the UK.
