DialogDirect is hiring a Promoter / Fundraiser to join our mission of connecting engaged individuals with aid organizations. You will travel across Germany on 2-4 week campaigns, enabling critical environmental and human rights projects through professional fundraising.
What You'll Do
- Travel with your team for nationwide deployments, committing to a minimum of 2 weeks (with 3-4 consecutive weeks preferred).
- Engage passersby at information stands, conducting educational work about the aid organizations' projects.
- Convince individuals of the importance of voluntary financial commitments to support environmental protection, human rights, and refugee aid initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You possess German language skills at a C1 level or higher.
- You demonstrate a willingness for genuine teamwork.
- You bring motivation, endurance, and persuasive skills to your work.
Nice to Have
- Availability for 3-4 consecutive weeks is preferred over the minimum 2 weeks.
- An interest in further developing your communication skills.
Team & Environment
You will work in teams on nationwide campaigns across Germany.
