Oklo Inc. is hiring a Project Planner

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage detailed project timelines using work breakdown structures and Gantt charts to track advancement
  • Collaborate with project managers to keep milestones and deliverables current
  • Deliver periodic updates to leadership, outlining project status, potential risks, and areas for enhancement
  • Promote transparent and ongoing communication between project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure goal alignment
  • Quickly communicate any adjustments to project timelines and evaluate their effect on critical paths and delivery timelines
  • Partner with finance personnel to oversee project budgets, monitor spending, and anticipate future financial requirements
  • Use enterprise resource planning tools to maintain accurate and compliant financial records for projects
  • Assist in preparing financial summaries that guide leadership decisions and long-term planning
  • Work with engineering and quality teams to establish and record acceptance standards for deliverables
  • Gather and structure project documentation to build thorough archives for knowledge sharing and future planning
  • Lead project conclusion activities, confirming all goals are achieved and capturing key lessons learned

  • Remote employees must travel to the Santa Clara, CA headquarters twice per quarter, as needed for business or team purposes, including team meetings, off-sites, and company events.
  • New hires must be physically present at the Santa Clara, CA headquarters for the first two weeks of onboarding.
