About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, execution, and closure across multiple initiatives
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project schedules and resource plans
  • Monitor progress and adjust timelines or resources as needed
  • Coordinate activities between technical, design, and client teams
  • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon quality benchmarks
  • Manage changes to project scope and communicate impacts effectively
  • Track budgets and expenditures for assigned projects
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide progress reports
  • Document project decisions, actions, and outcomes
  • Support team members in meeting project milestones
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and client requirements
  • Use project management tools to maintain transparency and accountability
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
  • Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary
  • Maintain alignment between project goals and business objectives
  • Support client onboarding and transition phases
  • Gather feedback for post-project evaluation
