The Opportunity As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering building projects in Northern Ireland across the full project lifecycle — from initial concept and design development through procurement, construction, and commissioning. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Managing projects from inception through to completion, covering design, procurement, site delivery, and commissioning phases Collaborating with the wider project management team to successfully deliver capital investment projects Acting as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring client objectives are clearly understood and achieved Assisting with project management commissions and taking full accountability for successful project delivery Planning, directing, and supervising all activities associated with moderately sized projects involving moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact Supporting the operational performance and continuous improvement of the AECOM project management team in Belfast Demonstrating recent experience in delivering projects across RIBA Stages 0–7 Administration of NEC ECC contracts
