Requirements
- Proven track record in coordinating meetings, managing project schedules, budgets, and status documentation, while offering input on process standards and execution strategies.
- Hands-on experience applying Agile and other formal project methodologies such as Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative, RUP, or PMI frameworks.
- Familiarity with project management software tools including MS Project, JIRA, Crucible, Fish-eye, and SharePoint for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to gain cooperation and alignment from cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to achieve project goals.
- Understanding of standard project management practices and methodologies commonly used in the field.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint for documentation, analysis, and presentations.
- Demonstrated skill in applying analytical thinking and innovative approaches to resolve complex challenges.
