Xsolla is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of our projects. You will be responsible for coordinating efforts across teams, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

What You'll Do

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery from initiation to closure
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Identify project risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to leadership
Facilitate communication and collaboration across distributed teams

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing complex projects in a technology-driven environment
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a remote setting
Comfortable working with distributed teams across different time zones

Work Mode

This is a remote position. Candidates must be based in one of the specified regions: Berlin, Germany; Cyprus; CIS; Iberia, Spain; Georgia; Lisbon, Serbia.
