Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, key milestones, and critical deliverables to advance ongoing modernization initiatives.
- Bridge communication among technical teams, external vendors, and business units to align on project objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track action items, and provide regular status updates.
- Identify potential project risks early and escalate appropriately to protect project scope and quality.
- Oversee transition and cutover processes, including testing coordination, data migration planning, and readiness assessments.
- Act as the central coordination point during system go-live phases, ensuring seamless decommissioning of outdated systems and deployment of new services.
